It is not easy to clearly mark the limits and principles that should govern public policies so that they are respectful of human rights and biodiversity. For this reason, we work to promote these social and environmental safeguards that make these rights visible, guide the way to compliance and establish mechanisms to be respected.
We review laws, initiatives and proposals that affect the legal framework, to favor compliance with these principles, and to prevent them from being violated.
We have contributed to multiple levels so that a general frame of safeguards is adopted, to understand how it should be and to favor its fulfillment.
Being an issue that goes beyond the borders between the sectors, we promote work among multiple actors, to encourage them to assume the conceptual framework generated as their own, and to respect these limits and principles.
